This project was born from the Customer's need to transport different types of metal shapes from one workstation to another, in a semi-automatic way. The main difficulty was carrying out the initial feasibility study, analyzing the various work levels according to the different types of angles of the metal shapes to be loaded and moved. MAX LOAD 100 Kg The tool has been designed to allow the barycentric lifting of different mechanical parts with an indicated maximum weight. The tool is made up of a central rod on which specific grapple brackets can slide. These rods can be positioned to grip the load and are automatically fixed by self-locking pin. The barycentric lifting is permitted through the mobile positioning of the lifting point and by the desired arrangement of the load. All points of contact with the parts to be lifted and handled are protected by suitable plasticizing treatment.

The equipment has a telescopic structure with an upper and lower frame connected with a self-locking pin and is adjustable in extension. In the upper part there is a mobile lifting point with three positions to allow a barycentric type lifting based on the applied load and its position. There is also a hooking point for hanging empty equipment, which is not suitable for lifting. In the lower inverted "T" shaped part there are the load housing brackets. These brackets can be inserted and positioned in symmetrical opening based on the size of the load, which must be positioned symmetrically.
