0080P24 CONFIGURABLE EQUIPMENT FOR MULTIPLE WELDING POSITIONING

The purpose of this configurable equipment is the correct positioning of two semi-finished bodies that define the main arms of some high-capacity cranes, ensuring orthogonality and nominal positioning between axes of the two elements, in particular the telescopic extension axis and the main pin bushing of hinging.

The equipment is mainly composed of a fixed base equipped with various types of rotating drums for supporting the longitudinal body, various position stops and a sliding surface on which to position and constrain the transverse body, which will couple with the other element.

There are eight configurations currently analyzed and involve the use of multiple equipment.
