This was a very important project realized with a study and feasibility time of about two months and complete realization in just four months ! The project consists of designing various equipment and machines to enable the assembly and calibration of several sizes of crane booms . All positions can be recorded/set and recalled according to a dedicated cycle. Adjustable transport systems Max load 3000 kg / towable Support and connection systems Configurable / Variable load by type N°2 formats of towable trolleys with variable height N°12 connection configurations with only six specific calculated supports and relative pins / bushings adaptable to the crane boom. This insert press is specifically designed for press-fitting various types of bushings . It is hung and powered by compressed air. The air pressure is converted into hydraulic pressure by means of a suitable pump with a multiplication ratio. Lifting capacity 150 kg Minimum socket diameter 320 mm Maximum socket diameter 380 mm This equipment has been designed for the internal circular grip on different metal products. It is completely mechanical and the load is gripped by expanding three pre-loaded spring clamps synchronized with each other with a suitably shaped rotating cam-drum. The expansion is therefore automatic when a spring piston is released, the positioning of the tool inside can be pre-adjusted by means of adjustable supports. The operator only has to position the equipment, release the piston and tighten the handle before proceeding with the lifting. The clamps are withdrawn by rotating the drum until the automatic block is reached. That's all !

This urgently completed project concerns an assembly line for burners of various and small sizes. The line is compact, modular and includes the assembly, testing and packaging phases. It is equipped with light trolleys that have the function of cantileveringly supporting the burners, the clamping takes place on different diameters of the final diffuser of the burners. This towable trolley has been designed to transport different types of artifacts that are arranged vertically inside the trolley. Different types of grids are contained inside and all contact parts are protected by special anti-abrasion shapes. TOTAL CAPACITY N°5 UNITS 300 Kg

This equipment allows the gripping and baricentric lifting/handling of heavy metal artifacts with variable diameters . The load is gripped by tightening two pairs of preloaded clamps with suitable springs, in order to compensate for variations in the irregular gripping diameter . This equipment has been specifically designed to allow the longitudinal positioning of various semi-finished products on a robotic picking table for automatic welding. It has a total stroke of 1000 mm and a double locking device: via 20 mm steps with an automatic spring piston or via a retractable handle. The position is indicated by an upper millimeter rod.

This equipment allows the safe holding, lifting and handling of a 4-cylinder diesel crankshaft. It is of the clamp type with automatic opening by gas spring and closing-locking of the load by lever with automatic lock. Unlocking occurs by disarming the lever with a special mechanical button. The crankshaft is attached inside the tangs using bronze pins. Much of the equipment is made of aluminum alloy. MAXIMUM LOAD CAPACITY = 50 Kg MAX OPENING STROKE = 45 mm

The purpose of this configurable equipment is the correct positioning of two semi-finished bodies that define the main arms of some high-capacity cranes, ensuring orthogonality and nominal positioning between axes of the two elements, in particular the telescopic extension axis and the main pin bushing of hinging. The equipment is mainly composed of a fixed base equipped with various types of rotating drums for supporting the longitudinal body, various position stops and a sliding surface on which to position and constrain the transverse body, which will couple with the other element. There are eight configurations currently analyzed and involve the use of multiple equipment. The equipment is placed on a dedicated height-adjustable trolley with total capacity of 3,8 T
