0106P25 HYDRAULIC INTRODUCER P5-380.55

This special machine has been designed, built and tested for the assembly or disassembly of the "extension packages" of various crane sizes.

The machine has three hydraulically actuated control axes:

• No. 2 pairs of synchronized clamps for horizontal centering and locking the primary extension;

• No. 1 sliding and positionable stabilizer for vertical locking of the primary extension;

• No. 1 long-stroke introducer for the longitudinal controlled introduction and/or extraction of the other extensions.

All axes have speeds that can be adjusted using valves and hydraulic thrusts controlled by transducers and PLCs.

The PLC also controls the correct sequence of the work cycle, i.e., the clamping and then insertion/extraction phases.
